Exclusive Education urgently require a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant for an immediate start full time position till the end of the academic year working with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils with complex Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour Special Educational Needs.
The position will be supporting young people with extremely challenging behaviour and barriers to learning. It will also be supporting Looked After children so previous experience in this area would be desirable.
The successful candidate will have the ability to foster strong rapport with young people and effectively build relationships with designated pupils.
Previous experience working with Looked After children and young people with Challenging Behaviour is highly desirable.
