Exclusive Education urgently require a SEN Teaching Assistant to start immediately until July 2018 working with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils with Special Educational Needs including Autism Speech and Language Difficulties, Complex Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour. Team Teach Training is highly desirable for this role.
The position will be supporting young people with extremely challenging behaviour and barriers to learning. It will also be supporting Looked After children so previous experience in this area would be desirable.
The successful candidate will have the ability to foster strong rapport with young people and effectively build relationships with designated pupils.
Previous experience working with Looked After children and young people with Challenging Behaviour is highly desirable.
