Exclusive Education is looking to appoint a one to one SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 5 and post 16. This one to one SEN Teaching Assistant role is for 5 days per week and is to start in January 2024.

The ideal candidate will have previous SEN Teaching Assistant experience within all Key Stages and experience of working with pupils with Special Educational Needs.

Special Education Needs Teacher

Exclusive Education is looking to appoint a an SEN One to One TA to work across EYFS, at a school in the Liverpool area with a pupil within the Reception Class with challenging behaviour. Experience of supporting children with special educational needs is admirable and having an understanding of a range of SEND is required. This role is for 5 days per week.

The ideal candidate will be working closely with the class teacher and the EYFS team, supporting the pupil to overcome barriers to learning, attend EHAT/TAC meetings where appropriate, maintain accurate records and to use a range of strategies to support positive behaviour and wellbeing.  This is a long term position to start in January until the summer term.

This role is for 5 days per week, is to start as soon as possible working full time on a possible permanent role. The role is to work with pupils from KS1 through to KS4 supporting with Social, Emotional and mental health needs and challenging behaviour.

The ideal candidate will have previous Teaching Assistant experience, working with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health. Previous experience working with pupils within a school setting is desirable but school are happy to consider candidates with other experience of working with children and young people from other settings including sports coaching, residential and care. Applicants without a background working with SEMH pupils but a strong desire to support pupils with SEMH are welcome to apply.
