Exclusive Education are looking to appoint a Business Manager to work in a local School.
You will be responsible for providing professional leadership and management of school support staff in partnership with teaching staff, to enhance their effectiveness in order to achieve improved standards of learning and achievement in the school. The ideal candidate will:
- responsible for managingnon-teaching activity in a school A firm understanding of the Safeguarding and Welfare Requirements
- free up the school’sHeadteacher to focus on leading teaching and learning.
- A charismatic and hardworking attitude
- A genuine passion for working with children with the commitment that the children are at the centre of everything you do
- Excellent communication skills with children, their families and your colleagues
You must have:
- At least 6 months experience working with children in the last 2 years
- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, cost of which will be met by the applicant, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- Legal right to work in the UK
