The Role:
- Work closely with teaching staff to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Deliver targeted interventions and lead small group or one-to-one sessions
- Support students with a range of learning needs, helping them to build confidence, engagement, and independence
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every student can succeed
About You:
- Hold HLTA status or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
- Have previous experience working within a school environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
- Be confident adapting support strategies to meet the needs of individual learners
- Be passionate about helping young people achieve their academic and personal goals

You will need to work alongside the Class Teacher providing whole class support as well as working on a one to one support basis to provide academic support, personal development and guidance. You must be creative in your approach in order to motivate the pupils and keep them focused throughout the lessons.
