Cover Supervisor
Exclusive Education require a Cover Supervisor to cover a variety of lessons. You will be working with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils, providing them with the work already set by the Teacher and ensuring they remain on task and engaged throughout the lessons.
You will have the schools behaviour policy to use to manage the pupils behaviour and the support of senior management when required.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a secondary school or college setting as either as a Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor or Teacher. The position may also suit graduates with a sport or coaching background.
Working as a Cover Supervisor is an ideal way of building on past school experience for those looking to gain a career in the education sector or go on to complete Teacher Training.
