Exclusive Education are looking for a Geography Teacher to start in September for a part time position to cover maternity leave. The school is based in Liverpool and is looking for a Geography specialist to deliver lessons in a range of topics such as physical environment, world climate, rural and urban development and population studies to pupils in Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
You will be required to;
- Use a variety of teaching techniques such as whole class lessons, discussions, individual or group work
- Organise and direct the whole class and help individual pupils as required
- Set assignments, projects, tests, preparing and carrying out continuous assessments and marking pupils’ work
- Candidates must also have experience of teaching AS and A2 Geography
- Have a PGCE or QTS, NQT’s will be considered
