Science Technician Required
Salary/ Rate: £62-£90 per day
Exclusive Education is looking to appoint a Science Technician to work across at a school in the North West. This role is for 27.5 hours per week and is to start in October on a on-going basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous technician experience providing technical support to the work of the teachers in the Science Department. The role also includes Carrying out risk assessments for practical and technical activities. Preparing necessary solutions and equipment for practical experiments and maintaining, repairing and taking inventory of apparatus.
In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;
- Have relevant experience in Science Technician
- Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
- Have previous experience of working with children in the last 2 years
- Excellent knowledge of the solutions and equipment required
- Two references working with children
- Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
