A Design Technology Teacher (Resistant Materials and Product Design) is required for an immediate start until the end of the academic year at a Special School. The role will be working in a Special School which caters for pupils with Special Educational Needs. You will be teaching Maths to pupils of varying abilities. Applicants must have Qualified Teacher Status and have experience working with pupils with SEN, ideally in a Special School setting.

We are looking for candidates that possess the following:

  • Strong experience of SEN settings
  • Teaching Assistant Qualifications are preferable but not essential
  • An understanding of the latest developments to SEN education.

Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant

Exclusive Education are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant that specialises in Behavioural Difficulties to teach in a Special Educational Needs School. The position we currently have available is a long term position working with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils with Complex Social, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour. You will be supporting young people with extremely challenging behaviour and barriers to learning. It will also be supporting Looked After children so previous experience in this area would be desirable. The successful candidate will have the ability to foster strong rapport with you people and effectively build relationships with disengaged pupils. Previous experience working with Looked After children and young people with challenging behaviour is highly desirable.

One to one Teacher for SEN

A Special Needs Teacher is required to work one to one delivering Maths, English and Functional Skills to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The role will involve teaching a range of subjects across the Curriculum. You will be working one to one with pupils and encouraging learning. This position is based in a school in Cheshire.

Applicants must have;

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with pupils with SEBD ideally
  • Sound knowledge of child development
  • Experience working with pupils with Special Needs
  • An understanding and training in PEC’s, Teach or Team Teach would also be desirable

Humanities Teacher

 

A Humanities Teacher is required in a Secondary School to teach 11 to 16 year olds. The right candidate will hold a background in teaching History, Geography and/or Religious Studies ideally up to KS5, although KS3/4 teachers will also be considered.

You must have the following:
