You will receive on the job training which will cover the whole recruitment process, our Company Aims, Objectives and Values.

The role will involve:-

Managing the day to day running of the Admin department
Managing a team of approximately 3 Resourcers
Assisting in the attracting candidates to the business

screening candidates, booking interviews, meeting and greeting applicants, managing the clearance process and completing reference and vetting checks. The role would be for a Resourcer with the potential to progress onto the role of Recruitment Consultant. The qualities these roles require are:

Midday Assistant

Exclusive Education are looking for a Mid-Day Assistant to work in a primary school in Warrington.

You will be reporting to the Midday Supervisor / Headteacher, to effectively supervise pupils during the lunch period, providing a continuous presence. To ensure the safety, welfare and conduct of pupils in accordance with school policy.

Midday Assistants have a shared role within the school in helping to raise the social achievements of pupils. They are responsible for ensuring that lunchtimes are an enjoyable and safe experience for all the children,

Key Responsibilities:

To be responsible for supervising a group of pupils in the dining hall and others parts of the school during the lunch period
Help to organise the dining area and playground space appropriately
To assist in the dining area and encourage good eating practices, ensuring safety with cutlery and courtesy towards servers and monitors
To encourage children to eat their midday meal and assist with cutting up food, pouring liquids
To tend to pupils who are sick or injured in accordance with the school’s accident/injuries procedures, administering initial first aid and reporting serious injuries to the named first aider and/or supervisor/head teacher as appropriate
To ensure all areas are left clean and tidy in accordance with hygiene, health and safety procedures.

Permanent Midday Assistant

We looking for a Midday Assistant who is available for one hour per day (12.00 noon – 1pm), Monday to Friday during term time in a school in Warrington. This is a permanent part time position to start as soon as possible (subject to DBS Clearance).

The school is looking for a caring person to join their team of Midday Assistants, supervising children from Reception to Y6 during lunchtime. Duties involve supervising mealtimes, outdoor/indoor play and games, cleaning and putting away tables, brushing and mopping floors and administering First Aid (training provided). Previous experience is not essential.
