As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant we will help you to develop your skills in the following;

Business development, sales training, client meetings, candidate screening, interview preparation and relationship management.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • The ability to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment with a calm organised head
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both client and candidates to achieve targets
  • Continually look to develop strategies to implement attraction plans for new clients
  • Maximise the potential of the business by marketing all your candidates and liaising with clients
  • Assisting in administrative duties including interviewing candidates, writing CV’s and processing files

As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant your Training Programme with us will include Business Development, client meetings, candidate screening, interview preparation and relationship management.

We are particularly interested in candidates who display a `can do’ attitude, who have a strong work ethic, self-motivation, a self-starter and previous success either in business or anything entrepreneurial.  You need to have the ability to think commercially, be resilient, persistent, smart, driven, confident and able to communicate at all levels.   You would also have to be able to assume personal responsibility for delivering all targets set.  Working as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is hard work.  The harder you work the more benefits you will receive in the form of an increase in your salary and commission.
