We are currently seeking a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team in Winsford. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the year 7 pupils with transition into school, specifically working with students with moderate to severe learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1-1 and small group support to pupils
- Assisting with the transition of year 7 pupils into the school environment
- Collaborating with the teaching staff to implement individualized education plans
