Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Monitoring and recording the pupil’s progress, behaviour, and engagement
Working collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and external agencies to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to build the pupil’s confidence and independence
Assisting with personal care, where required

What We’re Looking For:

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
Recent childcare or school-based experience within the last 2 years
Ability to provide two references confirming your experience with children

Experience working 1-1 with children with complex or additional needs is desirable but not essential
