Salary/ Rate: £130- £180 per day depending on experience

Exclusive Education are looking to appoint an experienced PMLD teacher to work in a school catering for a variety of complex secondary needs. The role will be to start in September working full time and long term.

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;

  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE, B.Ed. or a BA Hons
  • Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
  • Have previous experience of working with children
    Previous experience of working as a Complex Needs Teacher
  • Previous primary teaching experience
  • Have experience in working with children with Complex Needs
  • Two references working with children covering the last 2 years
  • Hold a current DBS that’s child and adult check and is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one

ASD Teacher

Exclusive Education are looking to appoint a Special Needs Teacher to work with ASD at a school in Bootle working full time. The role will start as soon as possible. They are looking for a teacher to take over the class and demonstrate outstanding teaching. Working in a friendly, lively and vibrant school.

The School are looking at taking on either an ECT or a Qualified Teacher for this role as long as the ideal candidate is able to implement strong behaviour management strategies whilst adhering to school policies. Previous teaching experience is desirable and supporting pupils with ASD.

Secondary Cover Supervisor – Salford

Exclusive Education are recruiting a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor for a long-term opportunity within a secondary school in Salford. Both part-time and full-time applications will be considered. The successful candidate will primarily provide classroom cover across Maths, Science and STEM-related subjects, supervising students in the absence of their regular teacher and ensuring lessons run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising whole classes during teacher absences
  • Delivering pre-set lesson materials and instructions
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Ensuring students remain engaged and complete assigned work
  • Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons
  • Supporting students to maintain a positive learning environment

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Confidence working with secondary-aged students
  • A degree in a STEM related subject is ideal
  • A proactive and professional approach to classroom supervision
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
