SEN Art Teacher Required

Salary/ Rate: £95-£140 per day depending on experience

Exclusive Education are looking to appoint a Art Teacher to work in a Special Educational Needs school in the North West. The role will start as soon as possible. They are looking for a teacher to take over the class and demonstrate outstanding teaching. Working in a friendly, lively and vibrant school.

The School are looking at taking on either an NQT or a Qualified Teacher for this role as long as the ideal candidate is able to implement strong behaviour management strategies whilst adhering to school policies. Previous teaching experience is desirable.

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;

Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE, B.Ed. or a BA Hons
Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
Have previous experience of working with children and supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
Have good knowledge of the full Art curriculum
Previous KS3 and KS4 teaching experience
Two references working with children covering the last 2 years
Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one

One to One Tutor – Art

One to One Tutor

Exclusive Education is looking to appoint an SEN One to One Tutor to work across Key stage 3 and Key Stage 4 at a school in the North West with a pupil with Special Educational Needs. This role is for 5 days per week, is to start as soon as possible working full time.

The ideal candidate will have previous One to One Tutor experience in delivering lessons in Art to Key stage 3 and 4 pupils.

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;

Hold a relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, BA Hons, QTS,)

Art Instructor

Exclusive Education urgently require a SEN Instructor specialising in Art to work with pupils with Special Educational Needs in a Special Educational Needs School.

The role will be supporting pupils with really challenging behaviour and delivering the Art curriculum to them. The role is on a potentially ongoing basis until July.

You will need to work alongside the Class Teacher providing whole class support as well as working on a one to one support basis to provide academic support, personal development and guidance. You must be creative in your approach in order to motivate the pupils and keep them focussed throughout the lessons. Building good relationships with the pupils as well as the parents in order to achieve progress.

The ideal candidate will:

Have good knowledge of Art and the curriculum
Have a good understanding of the curriculums
A firm understanding of the Safeguarding and Welfare Requirements
A charismatic and hardworking attitude
A genuine passion for working with children with the commitment that the children are at the centre of everything you do
Excellent communication skills with children, their families and your colleagues
