Exclusive Education are working with a Special Educational Needs who are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to work with pupils in IT and Computing. They are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to work alongside the Teacher to support Pupils and teach the subjects.

You will need to work alongside the Class Teacher providing whole class support as well as working on a one to one support basis to provide academic support, personal development and guidance. You must be creative in your approach in order to motivate the pupils and keep them focussed throughout the lessons. Building good relationships with the pupils as well as the parents in order to achieve progress.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a good understanding of the IT and Computing curriculums
  • Have experience and be competent in teaching this subject
  • A firm understanding of the Safeguarding and Welfare Requirements
  • A charismatic and hardworking attitude
  • A genuine passion for working with children with the commitment that the children are at the centre of everything you do

IT/Computing SEN Teacher

An ICT/Computing Teacher is required for a role working in a Special School which caters for Secondary aged pupils with complex Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour.  The successful candidate will be passionate about their subject and working with pupils with extreme behaviour and should have a proven record in improving results with disengaged pupils. The role is a long term position starting in September 2018 with the opportunity to becoming permanent.

 

The school are looking for a Teacher to provide a supportive learning environment where students can reach their potential.  Experience teaching ECDL would be advantageous.

Computing Teacher

Exclusive Education are looking for an ICT and Computing Studies Teacher to join a secondary school in September initially for 2 weeks. You will be responsible for a number of classes across KS3 and KS4. As well as support for ICT and Computing curriculum related activities together with in house development and support for teaching and learning.

The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate the capability to plan and deliver creative, inspired, stimulating and differentiated lessons, designed to engage all students increase attainment and encourage participation through independent thought and discussion amongst different year groups and abilities. You will be responsible for monitoring the students’ progression and providing additional support where necessary through one – to – one and revision workshops.

All candidates will be subject to a full DBS check and will be paid according to experience.

Teachers must:

  • Be a qualified teacher with UK QTS
  • Have excellent subject knowledge and experience of teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Be passionate about Computing and ICT
  • Be able to inspire and motivate students by using a range of teaching strategies
  • Be an excellent role model who thrives on challenge and who has the ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and communicative way
  • Have good communication skills and deliver the national curriculum whilst bringing an element of fun into the classroom in an inspiring way

Computer/ICT Teacher

Exclusive Education are looking for a Cover Supervisor to work in local schools in the North West. Working as a Cover Supervisor is an ideal way of building on past school experience for those looking to gain a career in the education sector or go on to complete Teacher Training.

 

Cover Supervisors are required on an ongoing basis to:

 

  • Provide the pupils with work already set by the Teacher
  • Supervise and manage a classroom of pupils, while enabling a constructive and positive learning environment
  • Collect completed work after the lesson and pass to the appropriate teacher
  • Provide feedback to senior staff where appropriate

 

Applicants are expected to have at least 6 months experience of working with children in the past 2 years, formal qualifications are not necessary. Applicants who have experience teaching sports clubs to children, attended Camp America or Active Soccer or have other similar experiences will be suitable for the role.

 

The following skills are desirable for becoming a Cover Supervisor:
