Year 2 Teacher

Exclusive Education are currently working with a Primary School who are currently looking to recruit a Year 2 Teacher. They are looking for a teacher to take over the class and demonstrate outstanding teaching. Working in a friendly, lively and vibrant school, this position is ideal for an experienced Teacher as well as an NQT.

We are currently looking for a flexible practitioner who is able to motivate pupils to develop attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for primary education.  As a reflective teacher you will evaluate and review your own teaching methods, materials and plans, making appropriate changes when required.

You will need to teach all primary subjects to a high standard, according to the National Curriculum, keeping good order, discipline and respect for others as an integral part of the classroom ethos.  You will be responsible for teaching a class, set or group or individual pupils, and to set tasks to be undertaken both at school and at home.

The children’s work should be marked and assessed daily and accurate records kept of their progress. Regular parent’s evening will be held so that all relevant information relating to the children’s education and emotional wellbeing can be fed back.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
  • A firm understanding of the Safeguarding and Welfare Requirements
  • A genuine passion for working with children with the commitment that the children are at the centre of everything you do
  • Excellent communication skills with children, their families and your colleagues

Ideally, you will be able to:

  • Promote positive behaviour towards learning for all pupils
  • Establish and develop close relationships with parents, governors and the community
  • Create a happy, challenging and effective learning environment

You must have:

  • QTS or a UK recognised equivalent teaching qualification
  • At least 6 months experience working with children in the last 2 years
  • Legal right to work in the UK

Primary Teacher

Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant

Exclusive Education urgently require Teaching Assistant with Team Teach training to join our very busy and fast growing Primary Education desk. We currently don’t have enough Teaching Assistants available in the North West to fill all the opportunities that we have available.

We are currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant who has a real interest in the provision of quality teaching support for all pupils. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant with Team Teach training to support pupils. The successful candidate will need to be able to adapt to different environments and they must be able to work well in a team or effectively on their own. Time management and excellent organisation skills are essential!

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Strong experience of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
  • Team Teach Training
  • Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable
  • Ability to engage and motivate pupils of all abilities
  • Good classroom and behaviour management skills

Strong classroom and behaviour support skills are required. You will apply your Teaching Assistant skills to motivate, enthuse, excite and challenge students to produce the highest quality work.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Have at least 6 months experience in the last two years in a Primary school setting
  • Have a knowledge of the curriculum
  • A positive and caring approach with previous experience of supporting children
  • Demonstrate what additional and different learning techniques you have to help close the gap between lower and higher level ability pupils
  • Have positive behaviour management skills

EYFS/KS1 Teacher

They are keen to find an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Teacher to join their friendly team.  The role is to start in February possibly through to the next academic year and will be split time across Nursery and Year 1. Permanent Midday Assistant

We looking for a Midday Assistant  who is available for one hour per day (12.00 noon – 1pm), Monday to Friday during term time in a school in Warrington.   This is a permanent part time position to start as soon as possible (subject to DBS Clearance).

The school is looking for a caring person to join their team of Midday Assistants, supervising children from Reception to Y6 during lunchtime.  Duties involve supervising mealtimes, outdoor/indoor play and games, cleaning and putting away tables, brushing and mopping floors and administering First Aid (training provided).   Previous experience is not essential.
