Cover Supervisor Required

Salary/ Rate: £71-£90 per day depending on experience.

Exclusive Education is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to work  at a school in the North West. This role is for 5 days per week, is to start as soon as possible working full time asap potentially long term.

The ideal candidate will have previous Cover Supervisor experience.

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;

  • Have relevant experience in TA or Cover Supervising roles
  • Hold a relevant qualification (e.g. NCFE, CACHE or NVQ Level 1, 2 or 3) (desirable)

Also will consider candidates with a background working in care, residential support work, sports coaching would be welcome for these roles as well as those without SEN experience but looking to build their experience in this area.

This role is for 5 days per week, is to start as soon as possible working full time on a possible permanent role. The role is to work with pupils from KS1 through to KS4 supporting with Social, Emotional and mental health needs and challenging behaviour.

The ideal candidate will have previous Teaching Assistant experience, working with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health. Previous experience working with pupils within a school setting is desirable but school are happy to consider candidates with other experience of working with children and young people from other settings including sports coaching, residential and care. Applicants without a background working with SEMH pupils but a strong desire to support pupils with SEMH are welcome to apply.
