Exclusive Education is looking to appoint an SEN Teaching Assistant to work at a Special Educational Needs school in the Walton area of Liverpool supporting pupils with varied Special Educational Needs. This role is for 5 days per week, is to start in September and will be a long term position

The ideal candidate will have previous SEN Teaching Assistant experience, will be confident undertaking work to the EYFS through to Key Stage 5 curriculums and must have experience in supporting pupils with SEN. Also will consider candidates with care background supporting with sensory needs.

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;

SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant- Liverpool- Toxteth

One to One SEN Teaching Assistant Required

Salary/ Rate: £86-£90 per day

Exclusive Education is looking to appoint a SEN One to One TA to work at a school in Liverpool with a pupil with special educational needs. Experience of supporting children with special educational needs is essential and having an understanding of a range of SEND is required. This role is for 5 days per week.

The school are looking for a year 5 121 to start ASAP.

Working in a class with other adults to support many children across the classroom. (Needs shown below).

This role will not be working exclusively with one child but to support all the children with needs.

 

Overview

4 children with an EHC in place and 1 child awaiting assessment

2 children diagnosed with ASD and 5 other children with ASD traits or awaiting assessment

3 children diagnosed with ADHD and 2 other children on the pathway awaiting assessment

Total of 11 children on SEN

 

  • Supporting children need
  • Focusing in lessons
  • Parallel curriculum as cannot access year group work
  • Sensory circuits / sensory input activities
  • Support across all subjects
  • Social and emotional support – dealing with social interactions particularly on the yard
  • Fine motor skills – handwriting support
  • Wellcomm intervention for speech, language and communication
  • Social intervention following the socially speaking programme

Special Education Needs Teacher

Exclusive Education are looking to appoint a Special Educational Needs Teacher for  Key Stage 5 to work in a Special Educational Needs school in Warrington. The role will start as soon as possible. They are looking for a teacher to take over the class and demonstrate outstanding teaching. Working in a friendly, lively and vibrant school. The candidate must have experience in supporting pupils with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and have good behaviour management.

The School are looking at taking on either an ECT or a Qualified Teacher for this role as long as the ideal candidate is able to implement strong behaviour management strategies whilst adhering to school policies. Previous teaching experience is desirable.
